Idag köpte jag mitt absolut billigaste instrument. Det kallas Kazoo och är ett soloinstrument. Det ser ut som ett blåsinstrument, men man skall inte blåsa i det utan SJUNGA eller åstadkomma allmänt konstiga läten. Priset då? .... 2,40 euro

Här är allt du behöver veta:

Steps

1. Buy a kazoo. You can usually find a plastic one for about $1.
2. Put the wide part of the kazoo in your mouth as if blowing a whistle.
3. "Hum" into the kazoo, or try talking.
4. Get used to the feeling and try sustaining notes.
5. Try "purring" into the kazoo. Slightly curl your tounge to the top of your mouth and blow into the kazoo. Note: this is hard to do.

Tips

• It may help to make a "duh" sound into the kazoo
• When playing the kazoo it generally helps to make a sound that is higher pitched than you normally would while humming
• You can get a cool wah-wah effect by holding the fingers of one hand over the top of the kazoo and gently lifting them up as you blow into the kazoo. As you get the hang of it, put some feeling into it and let the music swing and sway. With a little practice you will be playing jazz and blues riffs that will amaze your friends and neighbors.
• When you start out, you shouldn't play the kazoo too much. You can become hoarse.
• Remember that the kazoo should not be hard to play at all. If you are blowing hard and getting no sound, then try softening your breath.

• Playing the kazoo can be very annoying to people around you. Before playing make sure that you are not going to bug anyone.
